Personal Training (what I can remember)
Worked on abs, core strength, back and tri’s:
- ABS: 50 full situps, 50 reverse crunchs, 50 standing crunches, 50 weighted over-under crunches, 50 seated extensions
- Core: 90 one-legged weighted squats on BOSU balance ball
- Back: 90 kneeling rows
- Tri’s: 45 overhead extensions (15 lbs), 90 one-handed extensions (6 lbs), 90 one-legged floor dips
