Personal Training (what I can remember)

Worked on abs, core strength, back and tri’s:

  • ABS: 50 full situps, 50 reverse crunchs, 50 standing crunches, 50 weighted over-under crunches, 50 seated extensions
  • Core: 90 one-legged weighted squats on BOSU balance ball
  • Back: 90 kneeling rows
  • Tri’s: 45 overhead extensions (15 lbs), 90 one-handed extensions (6 lbs), 90 one-legged floor dips

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Farmingdale NJ US, born in 1980.

My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming triathlon hiking

My goals are: Beat my 2006 tri time of 1:36

My other favorite activities include: Horseback riding, strength training, traveling, reading, shopping, being with my friends and family.
